A great lunch starts with great ingredients. At Dawn’s Delectables, we believe is using the freshest locally and regionally sourced ingredients we can procure whenever possible. Our sandwich meats are free from preservatives, nitrates, and artificial coloring. We use farm-fresh eggs for our breakfast menu. Baked goods always begin with organic cane sugar and flour. We care about what goes into your food – and you will undoubtedly taste this difference.

Wheat Montana
With bread as the staple for any sandwich, quality bread is a must. The majority of our sandwiches are made on Wheat Montana’s line of Great Big Bread, including sourdough for our legendary Turkey, Bacon, & Pepperjack Panini, marbled rye for the Rancher’s Reuben, seedlover for our deli Tuna & Provolone, and more. As their name suggests, Wheat Montana originated in Three Forks, Montana, starting out as a small family business in the early ‘90s which is now a large purveyor of bread within the northwest region. All of their products are made with non-GMO ingredients – plus, the breads we serve at our shoppe are vegan-friendly.
Jonboy Caramels
If you’ve had a caramel coffee beverage at Dawn’s, then you’ve tasted Jonboy caramel. They’re anything but your average grocery store caramel sauce. Handcrafted in small batches in Seattle, Jonboy uses local cream and butter, organic sugar, and brown rice syrup (as an alternative to corn syrup!). We are proud to serve their amazing Fleur de Sel caramel sauce, as well as their vegan caramel sauce, here at our Coffee Corner!
Caffé D’arte
Treat yourself to a coffee beverage done right. Dawn’s Delectables serves Caffe D’arte’s alder wood Fabriano roast, roasted to perfection in a vintage wood fire roaster, the traditional Italian way. With their motto, “Coffee worth searching for,” this well-recognized Seattle-based company has a rich history tracing back to Italy in the 1950s, where their founder worked diligently to perfect the ideal cup of coffee. His original wood fire roaster is still used today!
Black Scottie Chai
Chai tea at Dawn’s uses Black Scottie Chai concentrate, which delivers the perfect blend of sweetness and spices. Regionally based in Snohomish, WA, Black Scottie uses all-natural ingredients, including honey as the sweetener. Try a drink at our coffee corner, or take home your own bottle of Black Scottie Chai from our retail counter!
Tractor Beverages
These delicious, all-natural beverages are certain to quench your thirst with their authentic true-to-fruit flavors from real fruit and organic cane sugar sweetener. Based in Idaho, Tractor promotes regenerative agriculture and ensures sustainability in all operations.
Hop Frog Farm
If you’ve had our “cluckless” breakfast sammie or avocado toast at the shoppe, then you’ve enjoyed fresh, organic microgreens from Hop Frog Farm, based locally in Onalaska. The owners are committed to sustainability, innovaition, and fostering community.
